How It Works for Organizations

We’re so glad you’re here. Every organization that lists its opportunities on the Hub reaches new audiences and builds the climate movement in Oregon. And it’s easy to join!

Liaison Role

Each organization is required to have at least one approved Liaison. A Liaison serves as your organization’s representative and will be vetted by our site administrators before they can post action opportunities.

Joining the Platform

First, submit a Registration Form. You’ll input the following information:

  • Name AND email address for each user you want to add
  • What is your role at your organization?
  • Who can we contact at your org to verify your role?
  • Full organization name + acronym if you have one
  • Brief description of your organization’s work
  • Your organization’s logo (a square logo in .jpg or .png format, at least 300px resolution!)
  • Link(s) for online presence – include website, social media, Linktree, etc.

Approval Timeline

We aim to review your request within 72 hours, and either approve your liaison privileges or contact you for additional information. Tip: If we can find you listed on your organization’s website, the approval process will be quicker.

Get Started!

Once approved, you’ll get a password reset email, and then you can get into your organizational page and:

  • Post action opportunities & events
  • Share resources & good news
  • Engage with other Liaisons

Work Together…

Liaison Lunches

If you’re looking for support, connection, inspiration, and community for your work today…come on down to our Liaison Lunch.

ORCAH volunteers host monthly Liaison Lunches to connect our liaisons with each other and identify opportunities for collaboration. We also use these sessions to problem-solve any issues that come up with use of our ever-evolving platform. We love liaison feedback!

Bring your lunch and learn about the new platform, your account, etc. Invite a friend, if you’d like! And join organizers from around the state to talk with each other and the ORCAH team.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at ORClimateHub@gmail.com.
