About the event

The Oregon Governor’s Office is developing a Plan for Resilience Oregon with input from community-based organizations. Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon (EMO) is serving as a regional representative for Central Oregon, helping to elevate the voices of faith communities and experiences of faith communities in the planning process.
EMO invites people of faith in Central Oregon region to participate in a focus group to provide in-depth feedback on the impacts of natural hazards on faith communities. Participants will have the opportunity to share resilience priorities, lived experiences, and the barriers and opportunities they see for strengthening resilience across the region.
Participation Details
This focus group is limited to 20 participants and registration is first come, first serve. Participants will receive $50 incentive upon completion of focus group. An emergency go-bag will be raffled off at the conclusion of the session.
