About the event

Right now, the Trump administration is treating people as expendable putting polluters first while our communities pay the price.

They’re gutting protections that keep our air and water safe, denying climate science, and stripping away the systems meant to warn and protect us from extreme weather. All while corporate profits soar and families are left to deal with the consequences.

We can’t afford to sit back.

That’s why we’ve been leading the way and organizing Climate Town Halls from coast to coast. Here in Portland, we’re coming together for a Climate Town Hall with special guest Rep. Maxine Dexter to hear directly from our community, confront what’s at stake, and build the momentum we need to win real climate action.
