The Membership and Outreach Coordinator is an integral part of KS Wild’s fundraising team who will support volunteer and donor cultivation to advance our campaigns protecting old-growth forests, clean water, and wildlife.
This position helps with creating and implementing engagement opportunities for the community and for our supporter network. They are responsible for coordinating and running various KS Wild recurring events like monthly First Friday Art Walks at our office and our annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival. The position will include event coordination, volunteer engagement, community outreach, fundraising, and database management. The Coordinator ensures volunteers and supporters’ contributions are recorded in our communications and fundraising database, EveryAction.
This candidate must be organized, goal-oriented, a good communicator – both with a small team and to the general public on behalf of the organization, outgoing, and passionate about defending southern OR and northern CA’s public lands and waters. The right person will also live in the region of southern OR/northern CA.
