About Us
Neighbors for Clean Air’s mission is to create a healthier Oregon through the reduction of air pollution so every Oregonian can breathe clean air every day, everywhere. NCA is building a justice-based grassroots movement in which we strengthen protections and advance broad-based change through active community engagement. We work to protect individual health, for a better environment and for climate solutions that will make people and the planet thrive. Along with scientists, legal and policy experts, we apply organizing expertise to uphold state and federal air emissions regulations and advance protections through active community engagement with our neighbors.
