Salary: $79,942 – $84,150

Benefits: $500/month health stipend, $100/month technology allowance, a SIMPLE individual retirement plan with employer match

Leave Allowance: 8 paid holidays, 4 weeks paid time-off, sick leave accrued at 4 hours/month

Depave seeks an Executive Director to direct the organization’s strategic initiatives, manage staff and work with the board of directors, and ensure effective collaboration and communication to support the organization’s goals. This position provides strategic leadership, leads fundraising initiatives, and ensures robust financial management while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team. Additionally, the Executive Director will handle daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations and best practices, and build strong community relations to enhance the organization’s impact and sustainability.

The Executive Director will report to a highly-engaged board of directors, and be responsible for implementing a five-year strategic plan, manage the organization’s finances, fundraising, marketing, human resources, and program strategies. The Executive Director is responsible for managing three staff and various outside contractors.
