- Ensure planning for building decarbonization considers the impacts on all Oregonians–especially low-income Oregonians;
- Help ensure that building decarbonization efforts have a positive impact on Oregon’s businesses and our state’s economy;
- Help create a resilient Oregon that is better protected from a changing climate and doing its part to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
