About the event

Join online, or in Northeast Portland, Alameda neighborhood. The Circles are a reflective space to uncover and process the difficult feelings– and sometimes hopeful emotions. Our beloved PNW is under threat. How are you coping?

NOT:

• not a clinical space, or therapy of any kind. Facilitators are peers, climate concerned folx.
• we do not foster any toxic positivity.
• this is not a discussion nor education.
• we discourage cross talk. we do not give each other advice, or “shoulds” nor place judgement on one another.

THIS IS:

• confidential.
• meditative moments
• grounding is encouraged (we will practice it together)
• an opportunity to share, a monologue, your own truth (but no obligation to just listen)
