About the event
A place to process climate related emotions with people in our community. Free and open to all.
**Masks provided and required**

-An informal, open, respectful, confidential space to safely share emotional responses and reactions related to the climate and environmental emergency (i.e. a โcontainerโ).
-A space for exploration of thoughts, feelings and experiences rather than what we are DOING about the climate crisis.
-A quiet, reflective experience – a haven from usual busyness and activity.
Note: a Climate Cafe is NOT a clinical space, or a replacement for therapy.

My name is Rissa (she/her). I have years of experience facilitating groups in various settings, and have an interest in climate emotions, group support structures, and the intersection of systemic issues. I have been trained by Climate Psychology Alliance NA to facilitate climate cafes.
