About the event
Build Momentum – from ideas to action!
PNW Climate Week is really taking shape in Portland. This collaborative session is for anyone who:
-
Has an event idea and needs help shaping it
-
Has an event idea and needs collaborators
-
Wants to join someone else’s event
-
Has/needs resources (space, funding, volunteers, materials etc.)
Join us at Roseline Coffee Cafe & Roastery to exchange ideas, meet others getting involved, and take the next steps to bring your PNW Climate Week events to life!
We’ll kick things off with some mingling, a brief overview, and then move into breakout groups based on what your event needs might be – whether support on what your event is, who it will be for, the format it could take, what resources you may need next (e.g., people, space, funding, clarity, etc.), and/or next steps to take.
This will be a space to take your event ideas to the next level, explore what you want to provide during Climate Week, and find resources and support to develop the event.
Near bus lines 6, 12, 19, 20. Located along the Streetcar line.
We’ll be taking photos to capture the event. If you’d rather not be included, no problem – we’ll have clear ways to opt out when you arrive.
