Compensation*: Competitive starting salary $88,800 – $112,800 commensurate with skills and experience, Full Pay Range: $88,800 – $136,700

This position is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives within Energy Trust’s Project Management Office (PMO), with a focus on managing external funding awards within the Renewables department (solar initiatives, such as the U.S. EPA Solar for All and Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF) Portland Solar for All programs). This matrixed role requires the incumbent to split your time between these two equity-focused clean energy initiatives, collaborating across departments and with external stakeholders to achieve program goals.

This position will also be responsible for managing complex projects using PMO-established methodologies, including creating project plans, managing budgets and schedules, and tracking and reporting performance metrics and outputs. A key aspect of the role includes overseeing contracts, ensuring deliverables are met, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Success in this role requires exceptional project management skills, the ability to navigate cross-departmental collaboration, and a commitment to advancing social and racial equity through clean energy solutions.

This individual reports to the PMO Lead. This is a matrixed role, and the individual will have regular check-ins with and feedback from the Sr. Program Manager, Solar for All.

This position is expected to report to the Portland office quarterly at a minimum for all staff and other in-person meetings.
