Together with their partners, Community Energy Project has enrolled more than 2,000 participants in the Oregon Community Solar Program (OCSP). As the Low-Income Facilitator of the OCSP, they connect income-qualified customers to help them save money on their utility bills and access renewable energy. Their latest report shares lessons learned, ongoing challenges, and opportunities to strengthen access to community solar.
